Payment

Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover PayPal or COD/Cash. Other payment methods must be pre-approved by Seattle Findings. All orders must be accompanied by customer name, mailing address, billing address, and telephone number. Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment for approved accounts. A 2% per month finance charge will apply to past due balances. There is a $40.00 charge for returned checks.

Shipping

UPS Overnight (Saturday delivery available in most areas)
UPS Two Business Days
UPS Ground (3–5 business days)
Post Office Priority Mail (5-7 business days)
Pick up at our location for visitors and local customers.
Orders received after 3:00 PM PST will be shipped the following day.

Our shipping rate is based on order weight, shipping zone and the speed of delivery you have chosen. Additional shipping charges may apply for items classified as hazardous. Some hazardous items cannot be shipped by air. You will be offered all available shipping options when you place your order.

Customer is responsible for freight charges on refused & undeliverable orders.

Back Orders

Items not currently in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested. Backorders receive priority when restocking shipments arrive. Backordered items will be indicated on the invoice.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered with in transit, YOU must contact the carrier immediately and file a claim. Retain all cartons and packaging materials until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with one of our products we will accept it back within 30 days of invoice date. We will take returns on merchandise provided they are unused, undamaged, with all the contents and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by original or a clear copy of invoice.

All returns must have an Authorization Code. Returns without an Authorization Code and the original package will be refused. Contact Seattle findings for an Authorization Code. Return shipping and insurance costs are customer’s responsibility.

Defective products can be returned for exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.

Claims for shortages or mistakes must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and must have original shipping carton. Return shipping will be credited and we will pay for shipping for any replacement items.

Sorry, but we do not take returns on Books, video tapes, CD's, DVD's, cut metals such as silver and gold wire or sheet.

Warranties

All warranties, expressed or implied, lie with the product's manufacturer.

Special Orders

All special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all orders within the state of Washington, unless we have the appropriate tax exempt information on file.
